Analysis of Our Website and 9 Competitor Websites for Website Redesign and Optimization

We are seeking an experienced web analyst to perform an in-depth analysis of our current website as well as those of 9 of our key competitors. The main goal of this task is to create a comprehensive list to serve as a guide for the redesign and optimization of our website.
Your tasks:
1. Conduct a detailed analysis of our current website, including design, user experience (UX), SEO, conversion rates, content, and any other relevant component.
2. Analyze the websites of our 9 main competitors, paying particular attention to the following aspects:
> Design and UX: What elements are working well and which could we incorporate into our own design?
> SEO: What strategies are our competitors using successfully?
> Conversion Rates: How are our competitors converting their visitors into customers?
> Content: What type of content are they using, and how does it affect their success?
3. Creation of a comprehensive list of positive aspects from our competitors' websites that we could use to improve our own website.
4. Identify areas where our website could be improved compared to our competitors (= potential).
We are looking for someone with:
> Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail.
> Excellent knowledge of SEO, UX, and web design.
> Experience conducting competitive analysis.
