I run a growing Amazon India storefront and need end-to-end support from someone who has been doing this successfully for more than five years. The role covers everything required to keep the account healthy, visible, and profitable: • Listing & optimisation – create or refine product pages, research and insert high-impact keywords, adjust images, A+ content, titles, bullet points, and back-end search terms until they rank and convert. • Inventory & logistics – watch FBA/FBM stock levels, raise and reconcile shipments, coordinate with warehouses or suppliers, and prevent out-of-stock flags or excess storage fees. • Customer service – respond quickly to buyer messages, reviews, and returns so our metrics stay in the green and the brand reputation grows. • Full account stewardship – monitor dashboard health, resolve policy warnings, file tickets with Seller Support, and provide concise weekly performance snapshots. Please bring a proven track record on the Amazon India marketplace, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to work autonomously while keeping me informed through clear reports and action plans.
