We need an SEO social marketing person to help us grow a start up product and work with some new clients to help us place this product on their website and monitor any e commerce activity they may have. My Request Heartfelt Capture and Executive Leaders Radio are looking for the help of an innovative marketer to join the team. We are looking for an individual that doesn’t just “know where to click” but understands the power of technology aided persuasion. Responsibilities Thinking of new methods to promote Heartfelt Capture Assist clients with campaign launches Contribute to brainstorming sessions Understand and create reports highlighting KPI performance Decision making: Know which campaigns to keep and which to “kill” Roll out and manage A/B Tests for internal campaigns + client campaigns Evaluate emerging technologies & opportunities Research & Analyze Audience Personas Skills Platform Agnostic: Campaigns can be launched on Facebook, Youtube, TikTok, Instagram, or anywhere else. Familiarity with SEO Principles Comfortable with the concept of Persuasive Copywriting Ability to analyze and make decisions based on campaign performance. Education & Experience High School Diploma or equivalent 1-2+ Years of Experience directly managing & editing ads in Facebook/etc. Experience in using the Google Adwords platform Experience with Google Analytics & Facebook Advertising Analytics
