I have several tools that I use for SEO and link building services. I need someone to be able to do some fairly simple administrative tasks on these websites and tools to optimize their use.
I am setting this up as a $100 project, but I will extended or repost as a new project as we successfully complete tasks. I have a number of other administrative tasks to be created. I am hoping that this will be an on-going project for a great assistant.
I want a bid for an hourly rate. I have benchmarks established for how long I think certain tasks should take, so we will do one or two tasks at a time to be sure that we have the same anticipation of the time it takes to complete a project. (Unfortunately, In the past I've had some low hourly proposals but the admin assistant took 5 times longer to complete a task than it should have taken so the hourly really wasn't realistic). I won't micro-manage the tasks, but I do want to make sure that we're realistic in the time/cost for projects.
For example (this is not comprehensive, but an idea of some of the items I have):
BookmarkLovers - I have the BookMarkLovers tool that I use for link building. The web-based admin page requires that all groups in the system have no more than 30 accounts set up in each. I currently have a lot of accounts set up in only 10 groups. I will need someone to run the account validation process (I will provide -- it is automated), then take the validated accounts and parse them into groups of 30, then create the account on the bookmarklovers site and then upload the 30 accounts into it.
I have SocialOomph. I need to have about 300 Twitter accounts added to and validated in SocialOomph. I then need to have an auto-response added to each account (cut/paste).
I have Document Marketing Robot. I need to have keywords tied to accounts and then have PDF articles created through the service (I have the articles and the PDFs are created automatically once the keyword sets are created). I then need to have some accounts created (automatically) through DMR and then have the articles set up to run automatically through the service. Everything is automated for the creation of PDFs and posting of PDFs -- I just need someone to perform the set-up.
Some of these tasks will require the use of TeamViewer.
