Virtual, personal assistant needed to help keep me organized and relieve me of routine or mundane tasks. This job will start with some small, project-based assignments and will grow over time as I achieve greater success and efficiency. You will write drafts of blog postings on a variety of topics, some technical, some marketing-oritneted, and some opinions. You will create postings for Facebook, Google+, Linkedin & Twitter. You will search the internet for topics that I choose and recommend articles for me me to read. You will perform research on topics at my direction.
On the personal side, you will book travel and handle routine chores on my behalf.
As there will be some telephone communication required by you, your spoken English must be easy for me to understand. Your written English needs to be excellent as well.
I use a Mac and it would be a plus if you do too. Your PC must have up-to-date antivirus installed and kept in good working order. I use LastPass to manage my passwords and you will need to use it too for any passwords that you manage on my behalf. You must be very good with MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint). Some experience with Wordpress is preferrable.
I am located on the west coast of the US (GMT+8). We will speak by phone on a regular basis so you will need to be available for a 10 minute call sometime during my working day (we will work out the exact time together).
You must be able to work with a minimum amount of direction and supervision, be flexible, reliable but knowing when to stop and ask for help too.
