SEO/SEM expert needed with prior experience marketing it/software websites

We are a rapidly growing provider of database infrastructure management and database support services. We help our clients with database administration, database monitoring and database support. We are looking to increase our search engine rankings for several specific keywords. We are looking for an SEO/SEM expert who has direct contacts with tech bloggers and who can help improve our link profile for the specific keywords through outreach to tech bloggers . A successful candidate for the initial project will be an SEO expert who already has a network of Technology/IT bloggers that they can contact and ask to publish guest blog posts on our behalf. We are only looking to utilize whitehat SEO techniques and will only consider candidates with direct prior experience increasing rankings for IT/Technology/Software websites. If this project goes well, there is an opportunity to work as an SEO expert on an ongoing basis.
