I need any help toward making my website SEO friendly. I utilized Joomla and a free template (Joomla 2.5) then modified the css files to create the look and content I want on my site. ([login to view URL]) ~15 years ago I wrote html on a side job to help with school costs so I was able to figure my way through the creation of the website. I launched it in December and registered it with both Google and Bing but still it doesn't show up in searches except if you search my exact name. So I started to look at SEO requirements I realized I am way over my head. I am a marriage and family therapist registered intern who currently works for someone else so I do not have the income to hire the SEO companies out there. I am doing this job as a calling to help those that are emotionally and relationally struggling as I myself was helped. That being said I only make ~$700/month myself. Needless to say I can not afford much. What I am looking for is someone to look at my site... direct me to useful Joomla Extensions... show me how to use them and help me with figuring out appropriate search engine friendly URL tags, meta tags, site maps... other foreign language masquerading as English, SEO stuff.. As I am an ex process control engineer you will not be dealing with someone totally unaware of the internet and computers just someone that needs a helping hand with SEO.
