We are running Apache and Tomcat. We would like all URLs that have the current format of [url removed, login to view] to be in the format of [url removed, login to view] So, we need some sort of internal redirect made in the htaccess file to make this happen. However, this might not work in the htaccess, because I want the redirect to happen internally. I.e. when the user goes to [url removed, login to view], they will not know that they are actually looking at [url removed, login to view] However, we might stop using Apache in the near future. So you might want to make changes directly to whatever files Tomcat recognizes. I'm not sure if Tomcat recognizes the htaccess file.
