CRON script for AXIS WebCamera

I must write the CRON script for an automated feed of pictures to a website 2-3 times a day. The camera is a server, Axis 200+ and I will use an analog telephone line with modem to connect to Internet. I am not able to get the picture uploaded. I may want to buy a modem - US Robotics... Thanks for quick answer.
