This was originally posted on the title CLAIMS TRACKING SYSTEM but i removed that project and revised it now. I have done some extensive research and come up with a solution for the CLAIMS TRACKING and now I just need someone to modify it for me.


the OS TICKET program will work as the basis for this claims tracking system.

I am interested in having the Osticket modded for my CLAIMS TRACKING.

I will give an updated description here and you can tell me how much and how long it will take.

I will be using this for the insurance claims tracking system/client communication system. This will be hosted on a SSL cuz information will be sensitive.

I need all references to "TICKET number" or "ticket" changed to "CASE or case number" in the languages cuz clients using this will be submitting "claims" and reviewing "cases" and we correspond back and forth about the "CASE" or the "CLAIM.

A few other areas of the language file will need to be modded to be specific for our business osticket reference will need to be removed... this is just a simple change of language in the file.

I need each CASE/ticket/person who has a ticket to also have a "MY ACCOUNT" page like the site admin does but i need several additional fields for info to be added to the page and this info can only be added to or edited by the admin. -

How it will work = It will work backwards from how normal trouble tickets work - instead of a user coming to the page and creating the support ticket, the Admin will create the ticket 1st by entering the clients info and open the ticket and assign a CASE/TICKET number then an email is sent to the client where they can log in and review the status and send comments back and forth like normal. (its fine if the admin logs in as the client to do this)


1. I need language codes modified.

2. I need the home page modified so new tickets can NOT be created by users, they must log in with CASE NUMBER/ticket number and email address or password to review ther profile and ticket updates AFTER the admin has created the ticket for them.

3. I need profile/my account page added for each person who gets a ticket but only the admin can edit or add info to this page. This info needs to be stored in database. The client can only review the information or at best change their password or siple changes, there will be maybe 30 additional fields of info added here that the ADMIN will fill out when creating the ticket almost all text fields an d text areas a few radio buttons etc simple stuff, the client will only be able to change or edit possibly 4-5 fields like address, phone, contact info etc.

This can be done quick by someone who knows OS TICKET!
