A relative simple static homepage for a small shoppingmall needs to be renewed using a web content management system. The primary reason is the need for the administration of the shopping center to easily make changes to the pages (for upcoming events, sales campaigns etc).
Due to forces out of my control, Plone will be used for this.
The site will need to have support for several languages. Regarding language and the content of the pages: When a page is not available in a specific language, then it should follow a path of desired language-alternatives (if easy possible), or at least have one language that works as the fallback-page.
A new design using the theme [url removed, login to view] This needs to be altered a bit to fit the colors and logo of the old design.
The web-site is www.talsucentrs.lv. It has 4 main pages (front page, shops, campaigns and history). In addition there are a few picture-collections under the history-page.
In addition, the work needs to be documented, so it can be repeated by a web developer with only a little Plone-experience.
It is sufficient that the "documentation" part involves telling me whatever I might not understand from the solution (I should be able to understand most of it).
