I am looking for an expert coder who can clone the functionalities of this site [url removed, login to view] i already have the site coded and nicely design but not getting

the list of houses from craigslist and it creating an error on google maps integration.

I will need your expertise in cron to spider or crawl most listing of houses from craiglist, like i said the functionalities is # 1 priority for me.
