We want to automate a standard grading form (currently in Word) to grade papers. We'll give the winner the full Word document. It has about 70 factors divided into 7 categories and we rank each factor as unacceptable, average, good, or excellent. Usually we add up the scores by hand and use that score to insert a standardized comment for each category and an overall conclusion about what that score means.
We would like to automate that system so that when we "check off" the ranking for each factor, the document/form adds up the scores and automatically inserts the appropriate comments for each section and for the overall score. We would also like it to prompt us for additional and to be able to easily change the text of the document/form as needed.
In your bid please indicate if you have done this type of work before, what format the final product would be saved in, turnaround time, and pricing. It would be a big plus if you could attach a sample so we can evaluate your work.
