SAP Consultant/Architect

SAP Architect / Principal SAP Consultant Role Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP Architect to lead the design, integration, and governance of enterprise-wide SAP solutions across multiple functional and technical modules. The role is responsible for defining architecture standards, ensuring scalable system design, guiding implementation teams, and aligning SAP capabilities with business strategy. Key Responsibilities Architecture & Strategy Define end-to-end SAP architecture across functional and technical landscapes Establish solution design standards, integration patterns, and best practices Lead blueprinting, solution design, and system landscape planning Ensure scalability, security, performance, and compliance across SAP environments Drive SAP roadmap planning including upgrades, migrations, and innovations Cross-Module Leadership Provide architectural guidance across SAP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Procurement, Manufacturing, Analytics, Integration, etc.) Design cross-functional processes and ensure seamless module integration Evaluate and recommend SAP and non-SAP solution components Implementation & Delivery Lead solution design reviews and technical governance Guide implementation partners and internal teams Support complex issue resolution and performance optimization Oversee data architecture, migration strategy, and system integration Stakeholder & Governance Collaborate with business leaders to translate requirements into solutions Present architecture decisions and solution roadmaps to executives Establish governance frameworks, documentation standards, and quality controls Required Qualifications 12+ years of SAP experience with multi-module exposure Proven experience in SAP architecture design and enterprise implementations Strong understanding of SAP system landscapes and integration frameworks Experience leading large-scale SAP programs or transformations Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP cloud solutions and hybrid landscapes Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks SAP certifications across functional or technical areas Experience in data architecture, security, and performance tuning Core Competencies Enterprise solution architecture Cross-functional process design Integration strategy and governance Leadership and stakeholder influence Strategic thinking with hands-on expertise Work Environment Shift timing will align with project requirements and may follow United States / India / Singapore business hours Collaborates with global teams, business leaders, and IT stakeholders Supports transformation initiatives and continuous improvement programs
