I’m refining our Email-to-Case process and want the resulting Case record to feel clean, intuitive, and fast for agents. Here’s what I need: • A re-worked Case layout focused on the Email-to-Case flow. This includes adding, removing, or re-ordering fields and sections so the most relevant information for support agents surfaces first. • Page-level tweaks in Lightning to streamline the visual design—think compact detail panels, clearly separated interaction history, and an easy-to-scan highlights panel. • Purpose-built custom buttons and links that let agents jump to related records, launch macros, or fire quick actions without extra clicks. • One or more custom workflows tied to the new layout. Typical examples will be field updates or email alerts that trigger when a case hits key stages, but I’m open to suggestions that keep the flow lightweight and maintainable. I’ll grant you a sandbox with all necessary permissions. Deliverables are the updated Lightning Record Page, the supporting Page Layouts, activated workflow rules, and a brief deployment & testing doc so my admin team can move everything to production with confidence.
