We use a combination of Salesforce and Twilio for managing all of our day to day operations.
Twilio is integrated into Salesforce through the Salesforce CTI adapter.
The solution uses a combination of Twilio IVR Studio, Twilio functions, TwiML in conjunction with Salesforce Apex Classes, Lightning , VisualForce and Apex Triggers.
The dial pad for the CTI adapter is built with a combination of VisualForce pages and Lightning Components.
Current solution works in overall but has some bugs and shortcomings that we’d like them to be solved:
-The errors are logged in Twilio debugger ,we just don't know how to fix the node.js functions used by Twilio to overcome these bugs
-Error - 82002 on Twilio Function response
-15003 - Call Progress: Warning Response to Callback URL
-Warning - 81001 - Widget has exceeded max steps in a loop
-40136 - TaskRouter->Conference
-Call voice messages associated to a wrong phone number when the voice mail log is written into the Salesforce custom log object
Who are we looking for:
Someone or a team who has a good understanding of Salesforce and has development experience on that platform (who has worked with Apex Classes, Lightning , VisualForce and Apex Triggers) along with experience building applications on Twilio (Twilio IVR Studio, Twilio functions, TwiML) and integrating them with Salesforce and its CTI adapter.
