Hi, If you cancel your Heroku license on your Salesforce contract, you'll receive an email titled "Heroku Billing and Service Changes." This email contains specific account details that will be affected by the change in billing from enterprise to online.
Your enterprise account (current contract) will be automatically converted to online credit card billing within 5 business days after the contract ends. If you don't want to continue your Salesforce contract, you have two options.
・ Close your Heroku account
・ Keep your Paas environment active through monthly credit card payments
Here's what to do if you want to keep your Paas environment active:
Enter your credit card in the Billing tab of your account dashboard. This allows you to charge your registered card for regular monthly payments for usage. See below for more information on renewing your account card.
