Saleforce lead assignment not working with grativity form

We have a website and we're using gravity form saleforce add-on to integrate with saleforce, generally everything is working good and assignment rules were working fine too and able to channel leads to the right agents when users select any particular location except the last two newly added locations, which are "Natahsa Beverly Bangsar" and " Dr Elaine @ Beverly Ipoh" Objective to achieve is very simple, channel the leads to designated agents upon selection of the mentioned two newly added branch locations, and please also take note not to disturb the existing lead-assignment-rules logic or any setting in the saleforce account.
