I have several components to this project. I am looking to add new functionality to my Podio CRM
1) Create a lead manager Application
a) The lead manager app will be used to ensure we are working new leads. For example, suppose I pay for 10,000 leads. I also pay to get their phone numbers for cold calling. Next month, I buy another 10,000 leads, when I upload my leads into the Podio App, the existing leads should be appended with some sort of tag that indicates it is on the new list but also I should know which leads are completely new.
b) The app will have two main functions 1) Ensure we know which leads are "new" month to month and 2) let us know which leads are on multiple lists.
Project 2) Automated Flyer and Email
I need to automate the creation and email of a flyer to people in my Podio Space
a) I take pics of property in my phone--include details like address
b) auto generate the flyer and send with a click of button to email list
Project 3) Master App that tracks the status of all lead campaigns
I have an autodialer--call tools
I have ringless voicemail
I have text blasting with Roor
I need a solution that tracks the status of leads and reports them into a single application--So in one console--I can determine if lead was contacted in Roor or Call Tools of RVM. All of these should integrate with Podio
