• Work closely with Systems Architects and Technical Managers to gather requirements and design complex business application, data integration solutions and secured APIs, leveraging the Dell Boomi platform.
• Translate business processes and data requirements into technical integration requirements and designs.
• Act as subject matter expert on the Dell Boomi AtomSphere integration platform.
• Develop new and provide on-going support for existing processes built on the platform.
• Recommend best practices for all integrations using Dell Boomi platform.
• Ability to solve complex data issues.
Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 4 plus years of strong hands-on experience on Boomi Process building & deployment, Boomi EDI Integration, API management, alert framework/exception handling, connectors/listeners, integration packs usage, etc.,
• Strong working experience with Dell Boomi Atomsphere and API Management functionality.
• Must have extensive knowledge in building and maintaining complex processing using DELL’s Boomi integration tool
• Must have knowledge in using the connectors FTP, Webservice, Database, Disk, Trading Partner, JMS
• Must have knowledge in producing and consuming webservice using Dell Boomi.
• Experienced in J2EE, Design Patterns, Web services and building integration [login to view URL] understanding of various protocols/methods of communication (XML, XML Schemas, Amazon SQS, WSDL, SOAP, REST, JSON, FTP, SFTP, JDBC, JMS, MQseries, Mail, HTTP/HTTPS)
• Demonstrated knowledge of distributed systems architecture, middleware, or object-oriented analysis and design
• Experience with asynchronous and synchronous interfaces.
• Experience with securing API's created in Dell Boomi API management using various Authentication methodologies.
• Strong Database skills including Advanced SQL.
• Proficient in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)Experience with Software-as-a-Service (SAAS) and enabling technologies.
