Programs we will be using: CRM, SalesIQ, Campaigns, Social, Projects, Show, Flow, Forms, SalesInbox, Sign
- Integrate third party products (Gsuite, RingCentral ((Calls and SMS - buttons should be on lead, contact and opportunity pages)), DocuSign, Xink and Stripe which are already setup).
- Sales: Implement workflows and automation (Contract Creation per sale, automatically pulling in details like first name, selected product etc, DocuSign for signature and Stripe for payment) .
- Data: import from Salesforce (ensuring there are no duplicates).
- Marketing: implement workflows (including mass email).
- Email Signatures: integrate Xink for emails.
- Email: (tracking on clicks, opens, forwards, two way sync from Zoho to Gmail).
- Webforms: create webforms (same as what we have on [url removed, login to view]) but through Zoho.
- Permissions: setup role based permissions.
- Reports: create graphical reports for sales staff and management.
- Dashboards: create dashboard for sales staff and management.
- Inventory Management: Import products from Airtable and create easily accessible inventory.
- Published documents: Setup Zoho show to replace attach.io.
- Website: create analytics code for website to pull in tracking information, create chat that we can put on our website.
- Single Sign On: setup single on using Gsuite credentials.
- You will be working closely with our CTO and reporting to her on all activities.
- You will be working within our Trello Project Management Tool and communicating with us using Moxtra.
- You must have experience with Gsuite, Zoho and RingCentral.
- Delivery timeframe is within 3 days.
- Agree to hours per task and deliver based on agreed hours.
- Must be able to work around the clock for the next 3 days, teams and agencies are ok.
- We will work as a team to get this delivered and are technically capable to assist along the way.
- Must be available during London, UK hours.
