Looking for someone to handle after-hours customer support phone/email/chat/text after 6 pm on weekdays and on weekends. Ideally, you would be doing customer support for other companies as well since there is not such a high volume of tickets. There is an opportunity for more hours during holiday season.
- Available after 6pm EST Monday - Friday and on weekends
- Respond to customer email, text, phone and live chat inquiries for our consumer-facing fashion e-commerce business, demonstrating strong, suggestive selling techniques by engaging with clients to sell and upsell accordingly.
- Assist customers with a product inquiry, price and availability quotes, order entry and follow-up, shipment tracking, returns/refund support, and effective problem-solving for customers any time their experience didn’t go as planned
- Enter detailed information into CRM for all issues handled
- Publish customer reviews
- Escalate customer messages as needed
