Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Wanderlust Au Pair Program Overseas Representative. The role involves promoting and recruiting potential candidates for our au pair program overseas, coordinating and managing the placement process, and providing ongoing support to both the host families and the au pairs. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing the organization in a professional and positive manner, building and maintaining relationships with partner organizations and host families, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

· Promote the au pair program overseas through various channels, including social media, outreach events, and partnerships with relevant organizations.

· Identify and recruit potential candidates who meet the program requirements, conduct initial screenings and interviews, and guide them through the application process.

· Coordinate the placement process, including matching au pairs with host families, arranging travel logistics, and providing pre-departure orientation and support.

· Ensure that all necessary documentation and legal requirements are met, both for the au pairs and the host families.

· Provide ongoing support to both the au pairs and the host families throughout the placement period, including monitoring their well-being, addressing any issues or concerns, and facilitating communication and conflict resolution.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation, including applicant files, placement agreements, and program evaluations.

· Represent the organization in a professional and positive manner at all times, building and maintaining relationships with partner organizations, host families, and other stakeholders.

· Continuously seek to improve the program and processes, identifying areas for growth and implementing innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. international relations, education, social work) or equivalent experience.

· No prior work experience required. But experience in program management, recruitment, or related field is preferred.

· Knowledge and experience with cultural exchange programs, international travel, and/or working with international students preferred.

` Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.

· Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking initiative and demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

` Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

· Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

· Fluency in English required; proficiency in additional languages preferred.
