The meetings are already booked; your job is to guide each conversation from introduction to next-step commitment, confidently handling demos, objections, and light technical questions along the way. Here’s how I picture the flow: • Join the scheduled Zoom or Teams session on time, greet the prospect, and set the agenda. • Uncover pain points, present our solution, and secure a follow-up action—ideally a signed proposal or at minimum a firm second meeting. • Capture concise notes and outcome codes in our HubSpot CRM immediately after each call so the pipeline stays current. You’ll have full access to existing pitch decks, product sheets, and a brief onboarding session with me to align on messaging. Familiarity with SaaS terminology, value-selling frameworks, and standard tools (Zoom, Teams, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) will help you hit the ground running.
