- Generate and qualify new leads
- Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective and end customers, to identify sales opportunities and generate new business opportunities
- Use technical expertise and excellent knowledge of organization products to conduct demonstrations and presentations with customers.
- Maintain regular touch points with prospects and customers through various channels such as social media
- Execute call preparation and provide accurate weekly activity report (manage customer information, sales activities and market/competitor intelligence in CRM - Salesforce)
- Prepare action plans for sales leads and prospects and other reports as required.
- Perform analysis of sales activities to ensure annual sales budget is achieved and exceeded.
- Participate in sales and cross-functional team meetings.
-- Achieve or exceed all standards for prospecting calls, presentations, proposals and closes. Profile:
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer relationship management.
- Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Technology/Security industry preferred.
- Ability to work with CRM systems
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Fluent in English (verbal & written)
- Understanding of distributor and artisan segments in preferred.
