While we are in the early stages of building our company, we are offering internships to students who want to gain real startup experience. These internships are designed to provide practical exposure, learning opportunities, and a formal completion certificate that can strengthen your resume and future career prospects. Open Positions 1. Human Resources Interns (5 Positions – Unpaid Internship) Compensation: This is an unpaid internship. No stipend or salary is provided. Completion certificate only. Responsibilities: Draft and post internship/job descriptions for different roles. Source candidates from platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, Internshala, and college placement cells. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements. Coordinate interviews, prepare structured questions, and document candidate responses. Assist in onboarding selected interns and maintain HR records. Research recruitment strategies suitable for startups and suggest improvements. Collaborate with founders to align hiring with business goals. What You Gain: Practical HR experience in a startup environment. Exposure to recruitment and talent management processes. Completion certificate after 6 months. Opportunity to contribute directly to building a startup team. Open to all students, including first- and second-year students. 2. Sales Interns (10 Positions – Commission-Based Internship) Compensation: Commission only. You will earn 10% commission on every successful project closed. Example: Closing a ₹50,000 project earns ₹5,000 commission. Monthly bonuses for interns closing 5+ projects in a month. No fixed stipend. Responsibilities: Generate leads independently (no pre-provided leads). Identify potential clients through freelancing platforms (including Freelancer.com itself), LinkedIn, and other networks. Approach clients, pitch Synvix System’s IT solutions (websites, apps, software services), and secure projects. Build and maintain client relationships through follow-ups and trust-building. Negotiate pricing and project scope to close deals. Report progress weekly and collaborate with HR and IT teams. What You Gain: Real-world sales and business development experience. Exposure to client acquisition and project-based sales. Performance-based earnings through commissions and bonuses. Completion certificate after 6 months. Potential career growth: High-performing interns may be considered for future full-time roles. 3. Content Creator Interns (2 Positions – Unpaid Internship) Compensation: This is an unpaid internship. No stipend or salary is provided. Completion certificate only. Responsibilities: Create engaging content for Synvix System’s social media platforms and website. Write blogs, articles, and promotional material related to IT solutions and startup culture. Assist in designing marketing campaigns and digital outreach strategies. Collaborate with the HR and Sales teams to produce content that supports recruitment and client acquisition. Maintain consistency in brand voice and messaging. What You Gain: Practical content creation and digital marketing experience. Exposure to startup branding and communication strategies. Completion certificate after 6 months. Opportunity to build a portfolio with real startup projects. Open to students from any year who want to gain creative industry experience.
