We are seeking a proactive and highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, your primary role will be to help drive our business success by implementing effective sales strategies.
Responsibilities
- Identifying and reaching out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and networking events
- Presenting and selling our innovative business solutions to prospective clients
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support to meet their requirements
- Collaborating with the team to secure contracts and set up new client accounts
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Maintaining a pipeline of potential clients and regularly following up to ensure business growth
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the SaaS or tech industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Tech-savvy with an understanding of CRM and business management tools
Compensation
The selected candidate will initially earn through setup fees acquired from new client accounts. Based on performance, there is significant potential to earn a percentage of the contracts secured, opening avenues for higher earnings and growth within the company.
