Despite the current global climate, our team is excited to be increasing in size and extend its footprint. Thus, we’re looking for you, our Sales Representative to serve as the point of contact with our prospects, in both facets of following up with inbound leads and lead generation.
Ideally you are flexible with your time, self-employed and can work on ad-hoc basis, as needed, during UK business hours. You have a big appetite for growing customer base, understanding business and people requirement, and you able to put those into solutions that help them.
Goals as a Sales Representative will be:
Quickly gain an understanding of our product and service offerings.
Outgoing activities via email, InMail and phone calls to engage senior executives/directors/DM’s.
Following up on current leads, assist them with any information they require, prepare proposals and close deals.
Proactively following up on any marketing activity – e.g. webinars, email marketing, Social Media campaigns, to identify potential warm prospects.
Using available marketing materials to nurture prospects and build relationships.
Maintain and grow MQL/SQL pipeline and ensure high quality conversions.
Good understanding of Microsoft products and technologies, prior experience promoting IT services is an advantage.
Ability to explain and describe an IT development project, ideally IT Project Management background.
Good command of English is a MUST, written and spoken.
Ability to quickly create rapport and interest within different businesses in various industries.
Ability to independently work and collaborate in a fast-moving environment.
Ability to reach and exceed different targets and objectives.
Ability to work flexible hours, on demand, with quick turn-around time for inbound leads.

We will be making an offer once we finalize the selection process, dependent on your experience and skillset.
You can expect that the offer will be structured to encourage your sales initiatives, consisting of fixed hourly salary, plus a commission for any qualified sales you will be making.
