Sales Executive – Preschool Outreach (Commission-Based)

We are looking for a freelance, field-based sales executive who can independently visit preschools, demonstrate our puzzle products, and close sales. This is a pure commission-based role with high earning potential for motivated individuals. Weekly / Daily Activities Identify and select an area/locality to work in Bengaluru and Mysore city. Map a minimum of 2 preschools per day Collect contact details and take appointments with preschool owners / coordinators Visit preschools in person as per appointments Demonstrate kids’ puzzle products and explain learning benefits Address basic questions related to usage, pricing, and durability Close sales and share order details with the company Maintain simple records of: Schools visited Contacts met Orders closed Sales & Earnings Commission: 10% on every successful sale Earnings are 100% performance-based No upper limit on income – higher sales = higher commission Payments released after order confirmation / payment receipt (terms to be defined) Who Can Apply Freelancers, field sales executives, or part-time sales professionals Individuals with experience visiting preschools, schools, daycare centres, or educational institutions (preferred) Candidates comfortable with field work and daily visits Strong communication and persuasion skills Ability to work independently without supervision Skills Required Basic sales and negotiation skills Confidence in face-to-face meetings Willingness to travel locally
