Sales Executive / MR

The assignment covers a full state‐wide territory and zeroes in on growing prescription-Medicine sales directly with doctors. I need someone who can spend most of the week in the field, open doors at clinics and hospitals, present our latest molecules with confidence, and convert those conversations into consistent orders that flow through the distributor network. What success looks like • A qualified, regularly updated contact list of physicians across the state • Scheduled appointments that translate into repeat prescriptions • Weekly call reports summarising visit outcomes, objections heard, and next actions • Clear, data-driven monthly sales summaries so we can track market share by molecule and region Day-to-day you will organise your route, handle product demos, leave samples, and keep compliance paperwork tidy. CRM-ready notes, quick follow-ups by phone or WhatsApp, and tight coordination with our logistics team ensure stock is always available when doctors prescribe. Solid knowledge of pharmacology, current MCI guidelines, and the ability to interpret clinical study data will help you earn the trust of senior physicians. If you already have relationships in cardiology, diabetology, or general medicine, that is an immediate plus. All travel expenses are reimbursed against proofs. Initial contract runs three months; extensions and higher incentives kick in once targets are met for two consecutive cycles.
