Sales Development Representative

My company targets the energy industry and we have a specific target market in mind. We are looking to hire a Part Time Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us with managing Salesloft cadences, cold calls, email campaigns, and social media marketing. This SDR will be working directly for our managing partner to identify and contact potential prospects that have already been developed into target lists, and convert those leads into qualified opportunities.
The SDR will be responsible for researching prospective customers, understanding their organizational objectives, and developing business cases that will help to convince prospective customers to become customers of our company. They will also be responsible for developing relationships with prospects by utilizing creative tactics such as email campaigns and cold calling. Additionally, they will track lead progress, prepare reports, communicate customer feedback to the sales team, and ensure that the sales process meets the customer’s expectations.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate and work well with others.
