Job description: Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients in the USA market for IT services and solutions. Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consultative selling. Understand client requirements and collaborate with technical teams to propose tailored IT solutions (ERP, CRM, Cloud, Custom Development, etc.). Drive the complete sales cycle: lead generation → prospecting → proposal → negotiation → closure. Manage and grow a pipeline of qualified opportunities through CRM tools. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands in the USA. Represent Potters Solutions at virtual/onsite client meetings, industry events, and conferences. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred). 3–6 years of proven IT sales / business development experience (preferably with USA clients). Strong knowledge of IT services sales: software development, cloud, ERP/CRM, managed IT, or digital transformation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Familiarity with USA B2B sales culture, lead generation platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.), and CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce). Ability to work in USA time zones and deliver against revenue targets. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
