We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Closer and Lead Generator for our agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new clients through effective lead generation strategies and employing strong sales closing techniques.
Generate high-quality leads through various channels, including but not limited to prospecting, networking, cold calling, and social media outreach.
Qualify leads and assess their fit for our agency's services and solutions.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
Conduct effective sales presentations and pitches to potential clients.
Negotiate and close deals to ensure successful conversion of leads into long-term clients.
Collaborate with the team to develop innovative sales strategies and techniques.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competition, and market dynamics.
Proven experience in sales, with a track record of successfully closing deals and meeting/exceeding targets.
Strong ability to generate leads independently through various methods.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and a proactive approach to sales.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is preferred.
Adept at understanding client needs and tailoring solutions to meet those needs.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
This is a remote position, offering flexible working hours, but requires dedication and commitment to achieving and surpassing sales targets. Compensation will be based on a competitive commission structure with potential for bonuses based on performance and client acquisition metrics.
