Recruiter to Land Nursing Home & Clinics Contracts -- 2

I need a self-driven recruiter who can pick up the phone and secure staffing agreements with nursing homes and clinics. My agency already has a vetted pool of Nurses, Caregivers and Administrative Staff, Doctors ready to deploy; what we lack is someone who can get us through the door and convert decision-makers into signed clients. You will be calling nursing homes and medical clinics exclusively. I will provide an approved script, along with a brief on our value proposition and the typical pain points we solve - rapid vacancy coverage, compliance with state ratios, and lower overtime spend. Your job is to tailor that script to each conversation, handle objections, and book qualified follow-up meetings for me or close the contract on the call when possible. To help you succeed, I’ll supply: • The script in editable format • A starter lead list with direct numbers when available • A rundown of our current rate card and placement terms What I expect from you: • Daily call activity (dial count, connects, outcomes) logged in a shared spreadsheet or CRM • Accurate notes that let me step into follow-up calls seamlessly • At least five warm leads per week ready for contract review or meeting 1 year experience or project handling If you already have contacts in the long-term care sector, that’s a bonus, but strong cold-calling discipline matters most.
