Outbound telemarketing needed -- monthly retainer and commission, B2B. Established USA business seeks long term partnership with reliable call center/virtual sales agent/telemarketer to generate leads and sales for our closers. We also have opportunities for closing if you want to expand the operation and also be paid on closed sales.
We supply phone numbers, contact info, and outbound script. This is 100% B2B, no consumer calling. (We supply phone lists based on SIC code that are best buyers for our product and have training system in place to teach your agents).
Outbound calling agents must be reliable and have American style English with little no accent (Extremely important). We welcome American/Canadian call centers to provide a proposal. Agents should be able to make 70-120 live contacts per day and should average 5-8% paid leads on their live contacts.
**Company Information and Summary of Sales Calls and Closing:
Our corporations ECD business segment does electronic component distribution. We inventory 12 million electronic components of different part numbers made by large semiconductor firms such as Texas Instruments, Xilinx, Altera, Tyco/Amp, and 400 more large semiconductor component manufacturers. We are also publicly marketed on some of the large online chip forums. Our goal is to increase sales by also getting strong inside sales/telemarketers/virtual_sales agents.
The telemarketer will contact purchasing agents and buyers from OEM’s and CM’s, introduce our company and capabilities over the phone and then provide an email address that they can send parts to be quoted. The telemarketer will record the customers email address and phone number to qualify them as a lead. If the customer asks about a particular part number availability over the phone, the telemarketer would simply enter the number into our website search box and it will provide the correct existing volume. If pricing is requested for the part it will take 1-2 hours to be provided so the telemarketer will simply get the customers email address and provide it to our closing team to finish the deal. Telemarketers who are interested in closing can let the customer know they will email a price and/or call back directly in a few hours. The sale may begin immediately and at times it may take a few calls before parts are sent over for quotes. The sales agent will be calling customers who are typically CM’s (Contract Manufacturers) and OEM’s (Original Equimpment Manufacturers). Customer lists will be provided based on SIC codes in USA.
If you are an international call center or sales agent we also welcome you contacting overseas OEM’s and CM’s. Our company currently does business with Malaysia, Singapore, Phillipines and India and are always looking for growth. If you are interested in approaching international customers we would require the customer list to insure that they are in our correct target market.
1) We require voice samples of agents if you’re a call center
2) If you’re an individual, work from home inside sales or virtual sales we will still require a voice sample.
3) There will be about 3 days of training over the phone and studying our literature, brochures and website information.
4) We will have scripts for outbound call and a workflow outline for the transfer to the closure
5) We will also have a workflow outline for agents who are interested in lead generation and closing.
1) We can provide a daily/weekly payment income for lead generators.
2) For closures we provide a very generous profit sharing that ranges from 7-15% of gross profit earned that’s paid out on a weekly basis.
3) These are electronic components so an order can range from $100- $50,000. Typical is between $1500 and $8000 per order.
