The Role We are looking for a motivated and experienced Outbound Appointment Setter to help us connect with business owners and decision-makers who could benefit from AI automation. You will be provided with leads and will be responsible for conducting outbound outreach, starting conversations, identifying potential needs, generating interest, and booking qualified appointments for our sales team. This is not a customer support or administrative role. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with cold outreach, speaking directly with business owners, handling objections, and consistently generating new sales opportunities. Your Responsibilities * Conduct outbound outreach primarily through cold calling * Use additional outreach channels such as email, LinkedIn, and other methods when appropriate * Contact business owners and relevant decision-makers from our provided lead lists * Introduce prospects to [login to view URL] and our AI automation solutions * Identify potential pain points and opportunities where automation could provide value * Generate interest and start meaningful conversations * Qualify prospects based on their business needs and potential fit * Handle common objections professionally and confidently * Book qualified discovery calls or demos for our sales team * Follow up with interested prospects when necessary * Keep accurate records of outreach activity and appointments * Work independently and consistently to generate new opportunities Performance Expectations To achieve strong performance in this role, we expect consistent outbound activity. As a general benchmark, the minimum expectation is: * Approximately 75 outbound calls per working day * A target of approximately 15 meaningful conversations with business owners or relevant decision-makers A meaningful conversation is defined as a genuine interaction with a business owner or relevant decision-maker within [login to view URL]'s target market. Quality is important. We are not looking for someone to simply make calls and complete activity numbers. We are looking for someone who can start conversations, identify opportunities, create interest, and consistently book qualified appointments. Requirements * Previous experience in appointment setting, cold calling, outbound sales, B2B sales, or lead generation * Excellent spoken and written English * Confidence speaking directly with business owners and decision-makers * Strong communication, persuasion, and sales skills * Ability to handle objections and maintain a professional conversation * Ability to identify business pain points and communicate value effectively * Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently * Comfortable working in a performance-based environment * Experience with CRM systems, lead generation tools, LinkedIn, or outbound sales platforms is a plus Compensation 100% COMMISSION-BASED — NO BASE SALARY This position is strictly commission-only. There is: * No hourly pay * No fixed salary * No monthly retainer * No guaranteed income You will earn: $500 commission for every client who successfully signs up and pays for our services as a direct result of an appointment you booked. Your earning potential is uncapped. The more qualified appointments you generate and the more of your prospects convert into paying clients, the more you earn.
