Indonesian Business Development Representative

We are a rapidly growing developer of live chat software used by almost 200,000 websites throughout the world, and we are seeking more help in our Indonesian market. Your main objective is to help us increase by using a proactive, real-time sales approach consisting of building relationships with our customers, understanding in depth their company and product goals, helping them meet those goals, and motivate them to purchase a premium software license from us.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Help our clients via chat, phone, and email. Resolve typical issues such as installing our software, how to questions, and payment processing
• Activate sales by phone (don't worry, there will be NO cold calling! A list of clients whom have already signed up with us will be provided)
• Occasionally we will also require help translating our product from EN to ID
Qualifications:
• Must enjoy talking on the phone and LOVE sales!
• Must have customer support experience
• Must have a consistent, positive can-do attitude :)
• Languages required: Indonesian (native) and English (fluent)
Work Hours:
• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• 8-hour shift, during Indonesian business hours
Payment:
• Monthly Salary of $750 USD + commission
• After you are fully trained, you can expect to earn approximately $1200 USD for a normal month, and $1500 USD for an excellent month
