French-Speaking Virtual Assistant – Recruiting & Sales Support

I’m looking for a **sharp, proactive French-speaking Virtual Assistant** to help with **recruiting and sales support** for our staffing company. We are looking for somebody who can do around 20–40 hours per week, with the possibility of long-term work. ### Main Tasks * Find qualified candidates through **Facebook groups, job websites, and other platforms** * Contact candidates by message, email, text, or phone * Follow up and pre-qualify interested candidates * Keep all candidate activity organized in a shared spreadsheet * Flag strong candidates for me to interview with time you will do interviews yourself. When recruiting activity is slower, you will also help with **sales prospecting**: * Find potential new clients by cold calling lists * Contacting companies on facebook groups * Send emails and text messages * Follow up with leads * Keep track of all sales activity * Flag interested prospects for me You will have access to our templates and job descriptions, but I expect you to **adapt messages when needed to improve response rates**. ### Requirements * Fluent spoken and written **French**, if you speak english too it's a big plus * Comfortable making phone calls and cold calls * Organized, proactive, and reliable * Experience with **Facebook Groups, Excel/excel sheets, recruiting, lead generation, or sales** is a strong advantage When applying, please include your **French level, relevant experience, weekly availability, hourly rate, and time zone**.
