Freelance Customer Acquisition - Online Education

Location: Remote (China-based preferred for time zone alignment) Employment Type: Freelance / Commission-Based (Part-time, Flexible Hours) About Us We are a dynamic online service provider specializing in online English courses for Chinese students. Our mission is to connect learners in China with the resources they need to improve their English skills and achieve their academic goals. The Role We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Customer Acquisition Assistant to join our team. Your primary goal is to help expand our network by guiding potential students to add our official WeCom account. To ensure clarity and avoid any miscommunication regarding which account to add, we will provide you with a unique tracking link or QR code. This ensures that every successful connection is accurately attributed to your efforts. Your Responsibilities -Engage with potential students (leads) through provided channels. -Clearly communicate the value of connecting with us on WeCom for English learning opportunities. -Distribute your unique link/QR code to guide users to add us as a contact. -Track your interactions and monitor your progress toward the next payment milestone. Compensation Structure Rate: $10 USD for every batch of 70 verified students who add us as a customer via your unique link. Payment Trigger: Payments are processed automatically once you reach each 30-student milestone. Payment Day: You will receive your payout on the first Monday following the week in which you hit the milestone. Who You Are - Fluent in Mandarin (reading and writing) to communicate effectively with students/parents. - Active user of WeChat. WeCom will also be need to be downloaded. - Self-motivated and comfortable with milestone-based pay. - Willing to explain why students should connect with us for English courses.
