Position: Freelance Business Developer (Staffing Solutions)
Experience: 2 – 6 years

Work Description / Responsibilities:
Understands the different segment of Staffing and nuances of staffing and recruitment solutions in India. Has got deep thoughtful knowledge of Contingency, Exclusive and Retained Staffing.
Ability to build /nurture/grow a strong network of people/channels (internally and externally) for lead generation
Responsible for Client acquisition which involves mapping the market, pitching, contract negotiations and sign up
Prepare business presentations, proposals and showcase company capabilities to prospective clients and their HR teams
Ensuring X number of Sign- ups at competitive rates across various service offerings for respective businesses
Impacting the company through his/ her efforts, chasing targets & turning around difficult situations and difficult clients
Collating inputs of client specifications and presenting them to the delivery team and ensuring smooth transition of assignments
Coordinate with client for timely feedback including making repeated visits to client as and when required
Effectively & promptly managing Client escalations
Ensuring sign-ups into Billable clients generating consistent revenue
Cross Selling our services to various companies
Overall responsible for Business Development cycle for all verticals, right from cold calling to billing
