I’m ready to expand and need a driven door-to-door salesperson who can walk the shoreline neighborhoods around Lake Minnetonka and the nearby lakes, introduce our packages, and turn interested homeowners into booked clients. Applicants MUST already have solid door-to-door experience. Marine industry knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory. The key is the ability to sell and resonate with wealthy lakefront property owners. Instant quoting system, just plug in the boat's length and multiply that by the selected package. I’ll equip you with branded brochures describing our pricing, plus a digital platform to log each lead and contact info and note any follow-up actions. You’ll receive product training, talking points, and clear pricing so you can quote on the spot and lock in service dates as soon as the homeowner is ready. Looking for someone who can work for 1-2 weeks immediately. Sales are not difficult due to targeting 100% of interested customers, and a great brand presence in the area. Previous salesmen sold 10-20+ per day. Compensation is 100% commission based, at 10% of revenue generated plus small $ per lead. Average ticket is $400-$1000, plus we sell summer-long memberships at $2500-$5000. There is no cap on pay. Deliverables I’ll look for each day: • Completed lead sheets with contact info and service interest. • Booked appointments or signed recurring membership agreements. • Brief notes on feedback you’re hearing so we can refine our pitch.
