Commission-Based B2B Sales Partner – ERP / Warehouse Software (South Africa)

Spellbound Systems is a startup focused on improving warehouse accuracy and operational workflows for companies running ERP systems such as Sage Evolution. Many distributors, wholesalers and manufacturing businesses struggle with warehouse issues such as stock variances, slow stocktakes and manual processes. Spellbound helps stabilise these environments through barcode-driven workflows and ERP-aligned warehouse processes. We are looking for a commission-based sales partner who can help us generate opportunities and close projects with businesses in Gauteng. Target clients include: • Distribution companies • Manufacturing companies • Import/export businesses • Warehouses running ERP systems (especially Sage Evolution) Responsibilities • Identify potential clients in Gauteng • Reach out to warehouse, operations and finance decision-makers • Approach ERP partners and Sage resellers for partnership opportunities • Book discovery calls and product demos • Assist in closing warehouse optimisation projects Ideal candidate • Experience selling B2B software or ERP solutions • Experience with manufacturing, distribution or warehouse environments • Comfortable doing outbound sales and building relationships • Strong communication and networking skills Compensation This role is commission-based. Sales partners earn 10–20% commission on all Spellbound projects delivered with clients they introduce, not just the initial deal. Typical projects range between R40,000 – R120,000+, with potential for repeat work within the same client environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in ERP or supply chain technology sales who wants to earn significant commission while helping grow an early-stage technology business.
