# Freelancer.com Project Brief — Commission-Based Sales / Lead Generation for Ignite Legal Ops ## Project Title Commission-Only Sales Rep / Lead Generator — B2B Legal Services (US Law Firms) ## About Us Ignite Legal Ops (ILO) is a legal operations company providing dedicated paralegal and legal support services to U.S. law firms, primarily in estate planning, probate, guardianships, and civil litigation. We integrate directly into a law firm's existing systems and workflows as an ongoing extension of their team, we are not a staffing agency or outsourcing vendor. ## What We Need We're looking for a freelance sales professional or lead generator to help us book qualified sales calls with U.S. law firms (primarily estate planning, probate, and elder law practices), which our internal team will then take through to close. Your job is simple: get us in front of the right decision-makers (firm owners, managing partners, or office managers with hiring/vendor authority) and get them on a call with us. We handle the pitch and close from there. ## Responsibilities - Identify and reach out to prospective U.S. law firm clients through any channel you're effective with (cold calling, email, LinkedIn, or your own lead sources) - We can provide an existing lead list to start from, but you are also expected to build and work your own pipeline - Qualify leads to confirm genuine interest and decision-making authority before booking - Schedule qualified prospects onto a call with our team (via a shared booking link) - Track outreach activity and lead status in a shared tracker ## What Success Looks Like - Every qualified call booked that converts to a paying client - We are not expecting high volume, even one closed client per month is a good outcome. Quality and genuine fit matter more than call volume. ## Compensation - 100% commission-based, no base retainer. - Commission is paid per closed client (paid upon the client's first successful payment to ILO), structured as a percentage of first-month or first-contract value. Exact percentage to be discussed and agreed upon with shortlisted candidates. - No cap on earnings, the more qualified calls you book that convert, the more you earn. ## Requirements - Prior experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or appointment setting, ideally in professional services, legal, staffing, or a related B2B sector - Strong spoken and written English - Comfortable doing outbound outreach (cold calling and/or cold email/LinkedIn) - Self-directed, able to work independently and manage your own pipeline without close supervision - Based anywhere, this is a fully remote, flexible-hours engagement, though ability to reach U.S. business hours for calls is a plus ## Nice to Have - Existing experience selling into U.S. law firms or professional services firms - Existing network or lead sources in the U.S. legal industry ## Engagement Details - Freelance, ongoing, commission-only engagement (not a fixed-term project) - Flexible hours, work independently - Starter lead list provided, but you are expected to supplement with your own prospecting ## How to Apply Please share: 1.
