While digital touchpoints are welcome, the core of this role is face-to-face interaction: product demos on showroom floors, handshake negotiations at trade fairs, and attentive follow-ups that keep partners engaged. A proven record in the consumer-goods space is essential, along with the confidence to negotiate pricing, shelf placements, and promotional initiatives on the spot. Familiarity with a modern CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce will help streamline your weekly reporting, but your real value lies in your ability to read a room, listen to buyer needs, and turn them into mutually beneficial deals. Deliverables I expect: • A weekly pipeline snapshot exported from your CRM (or a simple spreadsheet) outlining prospects, stage, and next steps. • Brief meeting notes within 24 hours of every client visit so our internal team can stay aligned. • A rolling monthly revenue forecast that reflects expected order volumes.
