Up to £50,000 basic + £20,000 bonus uncapped + share scheme (£100k+)

Cocuun exist to help get property owners improvements grants to reduce carbon emissions whilst improving the economy. We’re seeking dynamic, enthusiastic and hardworking sales focussed BDMs who thrive on challenges and who have ambition to dominate a sector and share in our success by our compelling share scheme

For this role, you must be able to engage and convince intermediaries (e.g. Housing Associations, Charities, Letting Agents, Community Groups) to choose Cocuun to help them obtain the grants for their communites to fund domestic energy efficiency improvements. You’ll be razor sharp and exude enthusiasm for helping people, so customers instantly connect with you to feel trust. You’ll be confident in using CRM systems, and be ready to undertake product training and tests on the home improvements products/systems we offer.
You’ll be prospecting for new business and responding to incoming enquiries and you’ll be intrinsically motivated to hit daily sales targets. It’s an easy sell because in many cases, customers get the work done totally for free – building rapport and closing at speed is the key! You’ll be free to work anywhere, anytime to suit yourself and customers – it doesn’t matter to us as long as you hit your numbers!
