Job Role includes:
· Identifying relevant Business contacts and building prospect lists of Business Users for Siccura using Directories, Linked-in, Web searching and other methods.
· Contacting prospects to generate engagement, using a combination of methods including email, linked-in messaging and Face to Face contact.
· Building relationships, Educating and progressing business prospects by phone, in writing and through Face to Face meetings.
· Presenting Siccura Business using relevant methods including by phone, in writing and Face to Face.
· Organising your own events and inviting multiple business prospects to attend.
· Researching, Identifying and attending business focused events, where there is an opportunity to present and / or network with larger business audiences.
· Generating downloads and paid Subscriptions of Siccura Business.
· Retaining, Upgrading and Renewing Siccura Business Users and subscribers through ongoing contact and well organised and well executed account management
· Introducing premium / subscription features to Free Users
· Using CRM system to manage prospects, and customers
· Understanding and applying good data privacy practices
· Making recommendations on marketing messages, materials and incentives required to generate interest, users and subscribers of Siccura business.
· Daily reporting of activity, prospect progress and results
Skill Required :
· Previous experience of B2B Sales
· Ability to research, and compile lists of relevant prospects using existing contact networks and online, social and offline methods.
· Ability to cold-call and make first contact with new business prospects.
· Strong verbal, written and face to face communication and presentation skills
· Ability to quickly build rapport, trust and relationships with new prospects by phone, face to face and in writing.
· Able to arrange events and attend / present at speaking engagements
· Organised and disciplined with reporting and prospect / contact management
· Analytical, Target and Results driven
