Agent Network Expansion Strategist

You will take full ownership of expanding and managing our network of independent sales agents in the assigned territory. The goal is straightforward: drive measurable growth through direct-sales activity while safeguarding the quality of every new partnership. Day-to-day, expect to scout promising agents, pitch our value proposition, negotiate mutually beneficial terms, and guide each recruit through a fast on-boarding path. Once signed, you’ll stay close—setting sales targets, supplying product knowledge, monitoring KPIs, and coaching for continuous improvement. I’m counting on you to keep the pipeline healthy, the relationships strong, and the revenue moving north. Because sales and business development sit at the heart of this role, fluency with practical tools—CRM tracking, territory mapping, and basic data analytics—is essential. Experience structuring commission plans or other direct-sales incentives will be a strong advantage. Clear, persuasive communication skills—both one-to-one and in small group training sessions—are non-negotiable. Deliverables I’ll review each month: • A territory-wide agent roster with current status and projected volume • Performance dashboard pulled from the CRM highlighting wins, gaps, and next-step actions • A concise action plan outlining fresh prospects and territory adjustments for the coming month I’m ready to move quickly with someone who has a proven eye for talent, the drive to hit aggressive targets, and—above all—the energy to build a thriving agent network from the ground up.
