Our real estate investment business is rapidly growing from 25 units to 100+ and we are in need of a right-hand person to support all facets of the business, including rentals, property buy and sell and lease options.
¬ Manage lead generation and closure process for property buy/sell and rental
¬ Maintain communication between potential renters & buyers via all communication mediums, including phone, website form fills, external property listings and social media platforms (engaging with fans/answering inquiries).
¬ Coordinate house showings, conduct follow-up phone calls and schedule seller appointments
¬ Manage office responsibilities, billing, supplies, property costs and monthly reporting.
¬ Serve as the liaison with rental management company/property managers as required regarding property repairs, monthly property results, etc.
¬ Establish property and business metrics (unit results, vacancy, per unit cash flow, P&L) to measure success and determine next opportunity.
¬ Work with marketing to support content development and promotional needs.

• The ideal candidate will have experience with a real estate company/agent team and/or have a familiarity with the real estate industry. Having your real estate license is a big PLUS.
