Must be fluent in Spanish and good manners and comprehend quickly with client requests and problems. Minimum requirement of 50-70 emails per hour for simple responses. Fast typing skills required. Flexible hours, less than 2 hours per day to start with. After one month, hours may increase to 3-4 hours per day.
