It receives a nice amount of organic traffic, very easy to maintain, and easy to advertise.

With a little work the site is very profitable.

I took a chance and bought the site but lost interest

I haven't done much with the site since I bought it, and now I'm ready to get rid of it

Looking for someone to sell it for at least 600 dollars.

You will receive a 10% commission from the sale, so the more the site sells for the more you will make.
